JES H BZT

Usage :

JES H BZT can be used in impregnation technique by padding application. The pH value of the bath should be adjusted to 5.0 – 5.5 for optimum results.

1:4 dilution of JES H BZT is recommended:

Padding :

20.0 – 40.0 g/l, pH: 5.0 – 5.5

Dry to wet process, pick up appx. 80%, drying (full curing) at 140 – 170 deg. C.

The dilution of the product should be made under slow rpm with proper type of mixer such as anchor etc.(Please keep in mind not using saw blade type high shear force mixer)

Storage :

9 months, after production date if stored properly. Please make sure temperature will be maintained between 5 – 30 oC during storage. Do not let it freeze or exposure to direct sunlight. Expiring mentioned storage time does not mean product is completely out of specification, we recommend to check product properties with laboratory scale trials.

DESCRIPTION

  • High solid modified hydrophilic silicone compound

  • Characteristic : JES H BZT is a special modified silicone compound.

  • Application : JES H BZT can be used for the finishing of fabrics which are made by all kind of fiber and it helps to keep hydrophilic nature of the fabrics.(*)

  • (*)With the high dosages, the hyrophilicity can be lowered gradually but the over dyeing properties remain the same.

JES H BZT can be used for all type of fiber based fabrics. Especially cotton and cotton-synthetic blended fabrics need to keep hydrophilic nature after finishing and JES H BZT prevents hydrophilic finishing.

The main properties and adventages of JES H BZT:

  • High hydrophilicity and excellent softness.

  • Extremely high slipperiness and full hand. JES H BZT can be used instead of both conventional (amino functional PDMS) micro and macro emulsions.

  • Gives ease of stiching, no need polyethylene emulsions in recipes. It does not cause yellowing on OBA applied fabrics. It does not cause at 230 deg. C on fabrics which would be screen printed.

  • Helps lowering pilling formation, gives strength to fabrics for crease, washing and dry cleaning. It lowers static electricity charges

  • Can be diluted with water at any proportion.

  • Apart from anionic systems, JES H BZT can be used or mixed together with other nonionic or cationic components such as polyethylene, organic softeners, pseudo cationic softeners, polyurethanes etc. It also can be used alone instead of all sort of such finishing products. JES H BZT can be used alone instead of conventional silicone emulsion blends (micro/macro) for ’silky touch’ effects
